Project Recovery

Projects don't always go as planned. Sometimes they encounter issues that need intervention because they fall short in terms of meeting deadlines, staying within budget, maintaining quality, or fulfilling the intended scope.

When a project runs into trouble, it may be necessary to take a step back and assess the situation. This assessment could involve reevaluating the implementation strategy or examining the resources, tools, and techniques being used.
